Hormones influence how you sleep, feel, think and cope, so when they shift, it can turn life upside down. There are the exhausting nights, the unpredictable cycles, the mood swings, the brain fog, and a body that no longer responds the way it used to. It can feel isolating when it's brushed off as just part of life.
If something feels off, or you're not sure what's going on, I'd love to hear your story. There's no rushing and no judgement, and we'll look at the whole picture together, including sleep, stress, food and energy. Testing is available where it makes sense.
I support people with cycle and period concerns, PMS, thyroid support, perimenopause and menopause, and I'm happy to work alongside your GP or specialist.
Naturopathic care doesn't replace medical advice. If you have very heavy or irregular bleeding, any bleeding after menopause, or other new or worrying symptoms, please see your GP first.
Everyone is welcome here. When you're ready, book an Initial Appointment at atLife Health Collective, in-person or online.

Your thyroid quietly influences your energy, mood, temperature, weight, skin and sleep, so when something's off, it can touch everything. There's the tiredness that rest doesn't touch, feeling cold when everyone else is warm, brain fog, feeling flat, or a body that has changed with no clear explanation. It can be frustrating when you're searching for answers and don't feel heard.
If you have a thyroid concern, including Hashimoto's, or you're not sure what's going on, I'd love to hear your story. There's no rushing and no judgement, and we'll look at the whole picture together, including food, stress, sleep and daily habits. Testing is available where it makes sense.
I support people with thyroid health needs, and I work alongside your GP or specialist as part of your wider care.
Naturopathic care doesn't replace medical advice. Please don't change or stop any prescribed medication without speaking to your doctor. If you notice a lump or swelling in your neck, difficulty swallowing or a racing heartbeat, please see your GP first.
Everyone is welcome here. When you're ready, book an Initial Appointment at atLife Health Collective, in-person or online.

Gut troubles are exhausting, and they're rarely just about the gut. The bloating, the urgent trips, the reflux, the plans you cancel because you're not sure how your body will behave. It can feel lonely when others don't quite get it.
If you've been searching for answers, or feel your symptoms haven't been heard, I'd love to hear your story. There's no rushing and no judgement, and we'll look at the whole picture together, including food, stress and daily habits. Testing is available where it makes sense.
I support people with IBS, bloating, reflux, constipation, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, intolerances and SIBO, and I'm happy to work alongside your GP or specialist.
Naturopathic care doesn't replace medical advice. If you have new or worrying symptoms, such as blood in your stool or unexplained weight loss, please see your GP first.
Everyone is welcome here. When you're ready, book an Initial Appointment at atLife Health Collective, in-person or online.

Our skin often shows what's going on underneath. There are breakouts that won't settle, redness, dryness, itching, skin that flares when life gets busy, and the way it can knock your confidence even on days you feel okay. It can be frustrating when you've tried product after product and still don't feel comfortable in your own skin.
For many people, skin, stress and gut health are closely linked. That's why I look at the whole picture with you, including your gut, stress, food and daily habits. There's no rushing and no judgement, and testing is available where it makes sense.
I support people with skin concerns such as acne, eczema and rosacea, and I'm happy to work alongside your GP or dermatologist.
Naturopathic care doesn't replace medical advice. If you notice new or changing moles or spots, sores that don't heal, or a sudden severe rash, please see your GP first.
Everyone is welcome here. When you're ready, book an Initial Appointment at atLife Health Collective, in-person or online.

When you've been running on empty for a long time, your body knows it. You're wired but tired, waking at 3am, short on patience, with a racing mind that won't switch off. You feel flat or overwhelmed, or never quite able to rest. It can feel like everyone else is coping better than you are, and you're not alone.
Stress touches everything, including sleep, digestion, hormones and energy. For many women, the hormonal shifts of the monthly cycle, perimenopause and menopause can make that load feel even heavier, especially when you're also juggling work, family and everyone else's needs. That's why I look at the whole picture with you, including your daily rhythms, food, rest and the pressures you're carrying. There's no rushing and no judgement, and testing is available where it makes sense.
I support people with stress, burnout, overwhelm, sleep and emotional wellbeing, and I'm happy to work alongside your GP or other health professionals.
Naturopathic care doesn't replace medical advice. If you're feeling hopeless or unsafe, please reach out to your GP or call Lifeline on 13 11 14, any time of day.

Some days the weight of it all is hard to explain. Worry that loops at night, feeling flat or low, snapping at the people you love, or wondering why you can't just switch off and enjoy things. Carrying it quietly can be exhausting, and it can be hard to say out loud.
If any of this sounds familiar, I'd love to hear your story. There's no rushing, no judgement, and nothing you need to have worked out before you arrive. We'll look at the whole picture together, including stress, sleep, food, hormones and gut health, with testing available where it makes sense.
I support people with mood, worry, stress, overwhelm and emotional wellbeing, and I work alongside your GP, psychologist or counsellor as part of your wider care.
Naturopathic care doesn't replace medical or psychological care. Please don't change or stop any prescribed medication without speaking to your doctor. If you're feeling hopeless or unsafe, please reach out to your GP or call Lifeline on 13 11 14, any time of day.
Everyone is welcome here. When you're ready, book an Initial Appointment at atLife Health Collective, in-person or online.

Living with a long-term health condition means it's always there in the background. There are the appointments, the medications, the tests, and the constant decisions about food, energy and what you can take on. It can feel like your health has become a second job, and that no one has the time to look at you as a whole person.
If you're living with an ongoing condition, I'd love to hear your story. There's no rushing and no judgement, and we'll look at the whole picture together, including food, stress, sleep, movement and daily habits, alongside the care you already have. Testing is available where it makes sense.
I support people living with long-term health concerns, including digestive concerns such as reflux and constipation, and I work alongside your GP and specialists as part of your wider care team.
Naturopathic care doesn't replace medical advice. Please don't change or stop any prescribed medication without speaking to your doctor. If you notice new or worrying symptoms, please see your GP first.

Sometimes you just need a hand with something short-term. It might be a cold or flu that's knocked you flat, a few nights of poor sleep before an exam or big event, reflux after a little indulgence, or a skin reaction that's come out of nowhere. You don't always need a full plan. You need someone to take a look and point you in the right direction.
An Acute Appointment is a shorter, focused consult for short-term concerns like these. We'll talk through what's going on and what may support you in the short term.
Please note that an Acute Appointment isn't a full naturopathic assessment. It's for short-term support only. Ongoing or recurring concerns need a full Initial Appointment, so we can look at the whole picture properly.
Naturopathic care doesn't replace medical advice. If you have a high fever, trouble breathing, chest pain, swelling of the face or throat, or a severe skin reaction, please seek urgent medical care or call 000.
Everyone is welcome here. When you're ready, book an Acute Appointment at atLife Health Collective.

Most of my work is with women assigned female at birth, but that doesn't mean anyone else is left out. If you're LGBTQIA+, you're welcome here.
Finding a health professional who won't judge, make assumptions or say the wrong thing can be exhausting. You might be a trans man with symptoms you didn't expect, or a trans woman looking for someone who will actually listen. You might be thinking about fertility or starting a family, or you might simply want someone kind to talk to about your health in general. You might want support with hormones, gut health, skin, sleep, stress or anything else in your health bucket.
Whatever brings you in, there's no rushing and no judgement. You set the pace. We'll look at the whole picture together, with testing available where it makes sense.
I support people of all genders and orientations with cycle and hormone health, fertility and family planning, gut health, skin, thyroid support, stress and emotional wellbeing. I'm also happy to work alongside your GP or specialist, including your gender-affirming care team if you have one.
Naturopathic care doesn't replace medical advice. If you have new or worrying symptoms, please see your GP first.

atLife Health Collective
Dispensary Explained
Why We Dispense Through Vital.ly & Exergy
At atLife Health Collective, individualised care doesn't stop at your consultation — it extends to how your herbal and nutritional formulas are prepared and delivered. That's why we dispense through Vital.ly and Exergy: two trusted, TGA-compliant dispensing partners who let us combine truly individualised formulas with an expansive range of practitioner-only products.
Working with accredited dispensing partners is one of the most efficient and safe ways for us to maintain full TGA compliance while still offering the breadth of professional-grade products your care may call for — without compromising on quality, safety or personalisation.
We understand postage adds a cost that doesn't come up with in-clinic stock. To help offset this, Vital.ly offers a practitioner-approved discount (10%) exclusive to orders placed through their platform — a saving that isn't available on atLife in-clinic stock purchases.
A FREE Vital.ly Account — Exclusively for Our Subscribers & Clients
Not yet a client, or just after the everyday range? Subscribe to our email list and you'll receive access to set up your own free Vital.ly account. We also like to share educational resources, recipes, and the occasional special offer on packages and appointments — as they come up. Once your account is set up, you'll have access to their Home, Personal and Over-the-Counter (OTC) range of supplements — ideal for everyday wellness support.
Please note: practitioner-only products sit in a separate, restricted range and are only accessible once recommended for you during a naturopathic consultation with Jane. This ensures these higher-strength, professional-grade formulas are always matched to your individual needs and used under practitioner guidance.
Functional Pathology & Integrative Testing
Functional testing gives us extra information to help guide your care, so your plan is shaped around you and not guesswork. Not everyone needs it, and I'll only suggest it when it's likely to add something useful.
Depending on your concerns, testing may include:
Gut microbiome testing: a stool sample that looks at the make-up of the bacteria in your gut and markers related to digestion
Parasite testing: a stool sample that looks for the presence of parasites
Hormone testing: this looks at reproductive and stress hormone markers, using an at-home urine collection or a blood test, depending on your needs
Thyroid panels: a blood test that looks at a wider range of thyroid markers
Nutrient testing: a blood test that looks at levels of key vitamins, minerals and other nutritional markers
Routine blood tests: such as iron, full blood count, liver function and electrolytes
Some tests are collected at home with a kit you post back, and others are blood tests at a collection centre near you. I work with Australian laboratories, operating at the highest standards.
Costs and out-of-pocket expenses
Functional and private tests are paid for by you, separately from your consultation fee. They're usually not covered by Medicare, and private health rebates depend on your fund and level of cover. Costs vary depending on the test. I'll talk through the options and costs with you before anything is ordered, so you can decide what feels right.
Routine blood tests can also be arranged privately where clinically appropriate. You're welcome to discuss testing with your GP first, and results can be shared with them at any time.
Functional testing helps guide your naturopathic care. It doesn't replace tests or a diagnosis from your GP, and I'm happy to work alongside them. When your results are back, I'll walk you through them in plain language.
