This type of appointment is for people interested in a complete naturopathic consultation and is not suitable for the treatment of acute health concerns (see Acute Care & Quick Support Appointment, if this is required).

This appointment includes a thorough and holistic assessment of your health and well-being. We will explore your presenting complaint (your main reason for seeking Naturopathic support), your past medical history and review your diet, lifestyle and all relevant body systems. The goal of this consult is for your practitioner to gain a detailed and complete picture of your health so that the best plan can be created for you. All wellness plans and prescriptions are individualised and are focused around your health goals and concerns. Additional research is also done after your consult to ensure recommendations are best suited to your needs. This type of consult also needs to be booked if you are a returning client and it has been longer than 6 months since your last visit or if you are presenting with a new health concern. In person or telehealth (video call) available. An $80 deposit is required at time of booking.

Initial appointment - Select in-person / telehealth - 90 min $229

This is the consult that follows after the initial and is up to 60 minutes in duration. In this consult we will further review your case, discuss test results and provide in-depth information regarding your ongoing wellness plan. This may include refining dietary and/or lifestyle strategies, the use of targeted nutraceuticals or individualised herbal medicines and answering any questions you may have. In-person or telehealth (video call) available. A $50 deposit is required at time of booking.

First return - Select in-person / telehealth - 60 min $149

This is the type of consult that follows after the initial and first return. Allow up to 45 minutes. In this consult we will review your case and current wellness plan. This appointment allows for ongoing assessment of health status and presenting concerns. Here we can make adjustments to dietary and/or lifestyle strategies, nutraceuticals or herbal medicines and answer any questions you may have. In person or telehealth (video call) available. A $50 deposit is required at time of booking.

Follow up care - Select in-person / telehealth - 45 min $114

Short-term naturopathic support for an acute or time-sensitive health concern — available to new and existing clients.

Suited to: colds and flu, recovery after a short-term viral illness, period pain, mild skin reactions, temporary sleep disturbances, or stress spikes around exams, interviews or other significant events.
