This is your first consult. Allow up to 90 minutes. This appointment includes a thorough and holistic assessment of your health and well-being. We will explore your presenting complaint (your main reason for seeking Naturopathic support), your past medical history and review your diet, lifestyle and all relevant body systems. The goal of this consult is for your practitioner to gain a detailed and complete picture of your health so that the best plan can be created for you. All wellness plans and prescriptions are individualised and are focused around your health goals and concerns. Additional research is also done after your consult to ensure recommendations are best suited to your needs. This type of consult also needs to be booked if you are a returning client and it has been longer than 6 months since your last visit or if you are presenting with a new health concern. First return - 60 min 

This is the consult that follows after the initial and is 60 minutes in duration. In this consult we will further review your case and provide in depth information regarding your ongoing wellness plan. This may include refining dietary and/or lifestyle strategies, the use of targeted nutraceuticals or individualised herbal medicines and answer any questions you may have. In person or telehealth (video call) available.

Follow up care - 45 min

This is the type of consult that follows after the initial and first return and is 45 minutes in duration. In this consult we will review your case and current wellness plan. This appointment allows for ongoing assessment of health status and presenting concerns. Here we can make adjustments to dietary and/or lifestyle strategies, nutraceuticals or herbal medicines and answer any questions you may have. In person or telehealth (video call) available.

Follow up check-in - 30 min

This consult is 30 minutes in duration. We suggest you book in for this appointment type if you are on track with your wellness plan, have not experienced any major health changes since your last appointment, or if you require a shorter appointment type for another reason. This type of appointment is only suitable for naturopathy clients previously seen in private practice. In person or telehealth (video call) available.

Discovery Consult - 10 min

Discovery calls are perfect if you just want to work out if Clinical Naturopathy suits you.
